The system consists of a pressure-rated carbon steel vessel with an internal elastomeric bladder, which separates the foam concentrate from the water supply. As water enters the tank, it compresses the bladder and proportionally discharges foam concentrate through a ratio controller, ensuring consistent and precise foam induction without requiring external power.
