The FireChem Bladder Tank Foam Proportioning System is a highly efficient and reliable solution designed for accurate mixing of foam concentrate with water in firefighting foam systems. Available in Horizontal Bladder Tanks, Vertical Bladder Tanks, and Skid Mounted Bladder Tank Systems, it is widely used in fire protection systems for flammable liquid (Class B) fire hazards. We strictly adhere to ASME guidelines, to construct the shell of the tank. Our products are used to remove water from tanks in an efficient manner. FireChem Foam Bladder Tank is UL Listed for use with AFFF, AR-AFFF & Fluorine-Free Foam Concentrates.

The system consists of a pressure-rated carbon steel vessel with an internal elastomeric bladder, which separates the foam concentrate from the water supply. As water enters the tank, it compresses the bladder and proportionally discharges foam concentrate through a ratio controller, ensuring consistent and precise foam induction without requiring external power.

FireChem Bladder Tanks are engineered for high performance, durability, and minimal maintenance, making them ideal for critical applications where system reliability is essential. These systems are compatible with a wide range of foam concentrates including AFFF, AR-AFFF, Protein Foam, FFFP, and Fluorine-Free Foam (SFFF / AR-SFFF).

Foam Proportioner (Ratio Controller) - Wafer / Flanged Type

The FireChem Foam Proportioner (Ratio Controller) is a precision-engineered foam proportioning device designed to accurately mix foam concentrate with water in firefighting foam systems. Available in both Wafer Type and Flanged Type configurations, it ensures consistent and reliable foam induction across a wide range of flow rates and pressures.

Operating on the proven Venturi principle, the proportioner creates a low-pressure zone as water flows through the inlet nozzle, allowing foam concentrate to be drawn into the system through a calibrated metering orifice.
